The picture is of a flamboyantly colored water bird of some type with lush rose and pink feathers with a white water lily in the foreground. The colors are exceptional! I do not see a signature anywhere on the painting. It is in excellent condition. The paper backing probably crumbled and fell off quite some time ago. I have a pair of these originals, but listed separately. Would love to keep them together. This fabulous painting does have glass over the top. Measuring 20″ from top to bottom and 16″ from side to side. The frame has almost a acanthus type design and is cream with raised decoration.
