He back side of the famous Notre Dame Cathedral seen hre in the distance on the right. This painting is unique due to its size. The sky at sunset in a vibrant Salmon/ peaach color and the rearely seen angle of hte Notre Dame. The view is one from a Parisian’s frame of referance instead of hte typical touristic view of hte front of the famous cathedral. One who has been on this side of hte Notre Dame can recognize the flying buttrices the twin towers and the steeple. This perspective gives the view an insider look into Parisian life around the cathedral. It is presented under a decorative frame that fits the syle and color of the art perfectly. Original Oil on Canvas Reiter Notre Dame Seine River Paris France Pont Tournelle
Here is a beautiful original (most likely) oil on canvas, framed in a gilted, ornate wooden frame. It is signed by the artist – Reiter and it also has his name on the edge of the canvas. It measures approximately 8×10 inches unframed and with the frame, 13 1/2 x 11 1/2 inches. It features the Notre Dame cathedral in Paris, France, overlooking the Seine River, with a magazine vendor in the foreground. It’s very well done. It’s also very old, but I’m not sure how old.
