When I showed it to some experts they were amazed about this painting. Extremely skillful hand painted this gorgeous work. Emanuel e Cappello 1 9 3 6 – w a s b o r n i n S i c i l y. In 1948 he admires and studies closely the works of the great masters of the Middle Age in the Vatican Palaces in Rome. Through his insistence he obtains from his family in 1951 a course at the Artistical Lyceum of Palermo. In 1956, he studied at the Academy of the Grand Chaumiere in Paris where he came into contact with Roualt, Braque, Jean Miro, Poliekoff, Campigli, Chagall and a group of young Spanish painters. He sells paintings to Mr. Coste, the merchant of Santine and Utrillo. The painting is signed on the bottom left and dated 1960 on the back. Also signed and titled on the back FIRENZE.
