FRANCOIS GALL Signed Original Oil – LISTED. This superb original oil, Plage de Trouville, is signed by the artist on the front lower left F. It is in good condition, measures 9 ½” x 13″ and is beautifully framed in a linen mat and gold leafed wood frame for a total size of 16 ½” x 20″. PROVENANCE: Le Monde Galleries, New York; their original stamp on the stretchers verso. Francois Gall, Hungarian by birth, became a naturalized French citizen in 1942. He is best known as an impressionist painter in the pure French tradition. He began his artistic studies at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in.
