Original, vintage Beachscape with boats oil on canvas painting by Jerry Tuthill. Scene shows a pair of large sailboats with red and white sails, docked on a sandy shore. Goods and supplies are being offloaded and transferred onto horse drawn carts, as well as ox and mule wagons. To the right of the boats, are two figures relaxing on the beach. One of the figures. A woman, appears to be looking in the direction of the artist. The sea is a nice blue color with many sailing boats. A lengthy coastline can be seen off in the distance. Eye catching and beautiful coloring. Signed Jerry Tuthill in the lower right corner. Painting measures 20 x 24. Eady to hang, fine gilded frame. Measures 25 ½ x 29 ½.
