It is an Original Painting Real Paint on Canvas and it is Signed by the Artist and in a very nice Frame the measurement is shown in the pictures with a tape measure the frame is approximately 3” deep to the painting… This is not a cheap Picture Frame it is a Wood Frame… I’m unable to make out the signature 100% i believe it to be Nana Hicks 77… I thought it was Nancy Hicks 77.. Then I also thought it was Nanu Hicks 77… But i believe it is Nancy Hicks 77 is what the signature says… So this is the reason of the pricing… In my opinion it’s the best water painting i’ve ever seen… It looks very realistic.. I don’t think the pictures does it justice.. But you will not be disappointed in this art piece… It’s truly amazing! If it don’t sale… I’m tempted to keep it myself. There are a no remarkable featured flaws with the artwork or frame that i’m aware of.. There’s no stains etc. Nothing broken or torn canvas.. Everything seems to be 100% in great condition.
