Original Oil Painting on canvas. Handmade. 80 x 60 cm. Elephant majesty
Oil paint on canvas. A reinterpretation of the work of Peter Stewart, an African artist specializing in painting African themes, in this case, a elephant in your natural habitat, cooling off. It is not a print, it is an artistic work. This painting will be packed non-stretched and unframed, rolling up in a strong postal tube. Appreciate and value art, beauty refers to everything that is good and pleasant.
Original painting His Majesty September oil on canvas 30×40 in by Anastasiya
Original abstract painting signed by the artist. Oil on heavy duty canvas. I was born in Odessa, Ukraine in 1989. In 1997 with my parents I moved to Yerevan, Armenia where I got a Bachelor degree in Art and Design from Yerevan State Academy of Fine Arts. After getting my degree in 2009, I moved to Los Angeles, California for permanent residence, where I continued my art education. Currently I hold an Associate degree in Studio Arts, Art History and BA in Art and Design. I’m an independent artist, professional printmaker and educator. Although I’m a big fan of contemporary art, I consider myself as an abstract expressionist. I often combine several mediums, such as oil, acrylic, and watercolor. I paint portraits, landscapes, seascapes, villages and city views. I dig my inspiration in late works of German Expressionists Ernst Ludwig Kirchner, Max Beckman, Egon Schiele. I was introduced to the palette knife (which is my preferred painting style) by my husband, who is a ceramic artist and a member of the Society of the Young Artists of Armenia. He inspired me to create some of my best pieces. 2012 – LAVC annual juried show – LAVC Gallery, Los Angeles, CA. 2013 – LAVC annual juried show – LAVC Gallery, Los Angeles, CA. 2014 – LAVC annual juried show – LAVC Gallery, Los Angeles, CA. 2014 – Open call – Los Angeles Municipal Gallery LAMAG, Hollywood, CA. 2015 – Annual Holiday Show – Carter Sexton, North Hollywood, CA. 2015 – LAVC annual juried show – LAVC Gallery, Los Angeles, CA.
