His father worked as a steward of a small musical workshop. Since childhood, Christof watched how hands of the father, dexterously adjusted musical instruments, and probably that’s what woke up interest in art in the boy. The majority his works’ plots are generalized treats of Paris seen through a prism of an everyday life, change of seasons and moods. Whatever place the painter brings us, whether it is the Triumphal Arch, Madeleine Square, Cafe de la Pea, Notre Dame or hundreds of other historical monuments.
