Im not certain but looks to be late 19th or early 20th century. I believe let the artist and the scene is from upstate New York possibly the finger Lakes region. Condition is good for its age. There is a small chip loss on the top center of the frame. Otherwise the frame is ornate and in good condition. The frame size is 22 1/2 x 11 1/2 x 2 inches.
