The painting has been well executed the little dog (MITTSI) is seated on an upholstered stool the features of the dog are perfect and the artist has captured a delightful sitter. The original frame was past its best and did not compliment this charming painting so at some period I had a bespoke frame made for this charming painting which now I believe compliments it being soft and aesthetically pleasing.
