A Maynard Dixon landscape oil painting on canvas board. The piece is approximately 12 inches high by 16 inches wide, and it is unframed. The painting is signed in the lower left corner (please see photos). This is an old, used item, and it does show signs of aging patination. The canvas board is very old and there are areas on the back where the canvas has separated and lifted away from the board (please see photos). There is also an area near the center bottom on front, in the blue water, where the canvas has separated from the board, creating a very small area of slight bubbling in the canvas (please see photo). Also, there is a lot of decades of smoke, dirt, etc, buildup on the painting, and it could use a good, professional cleaning (please see photos).
