The main story that she paints is Bush Medicine which was passed down to her by her father, Henry Long Kemarre, and relates to bush medicine plants found throughout Antarrengeny country in northern Utopia. The soft leaf like strokes of her painting style has been heavily influenced by her mother, Jeannie Long Petyarre, and half-sister, Marcie Turner Pwerl. Bush Medicine Leaves and Seeds.
